Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SmartGearLab.in, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds below.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been handed over to our courier partner (whichever is earlier) by contacting support at info@smartgearlab.in or +918921463805. In such cases, 100% of the order value will be refunded.

After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled directly and must be processed as a return once received.

2. Returns and Replacements

Eligibility Window: You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.

Conditions for Return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Returns are accepted if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Video/photo proof of damaged or defective items taken at unboxing is required for verification.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

Credit Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
